Lisette Caesar Thank you as always to the volunteers who come out every Saturday and play sports with Mosaic's scholars. The kids love it soooo much that they started bringing their relatives (which I have to put a stop to). Lol.

We’re always looking for ways to better our educational programs, and sometimes basic resources can make a huge difference in what volunteers and the students with which they work are able to accomplish. ...

Conor will get back to you soon, but in the meantime I would just keep checking the orientation page every now and then. People de-register all the time, so I'm sure a spot will open up for you.

Several Youth Service Clubs kicked off their schoolyear decorating pumpkins with children from local schools and community centers, and volunteers will be painting faces and handing out trick-or-treats at a few Halloween celebrations around the city tomorrow.

New York Cares Thanks to the incredible generosity of New Yorkers, New York Cares is able to help fulfill the holiday wishes of thousands of disadvantaged kids from families that do not have the means to purchase even the most basic holiday gift.

Carli

Carli Last night I dreamed my team couldn't participate in Winter Wishes because there were 4 people for every kid in need and not enough letters to go around. We should be so lucky! (Though for me, it would be a nightmare, since I'm such a WW freak.)
