Gratitude is an interesting emotion. Years ago I read an article that said it is hard to be depressed or negative when you are grateful. Being a challenging time of my life that I was under a lot of stress and a bit depressed, I began to practiced being grateful. Not everyday but often. Over time I have thought a lot of what I should be grateful ... See Morefor. It has changed my life. Spend some time thinking about what you should be thankful for and you will find that it is inspiration and a shield to negativity, depression and arrogance. It has helped me become the man I want to be.
