Beth Hi Nicole, I just read about your son Gavin and his Down syndrome, my new grandson Owen has Down syndrome also. He is almost a month old, we knew about his diagnosis before he was born. He is the love of our lives!
A lot of people use versamark "ink" in order to give their projects a watermarked look. Another way to do this is to get a piece of colored card stock and stamp an image on the paper with the SAME color ink as the card stock. The image comes out as a darker shade of the actual paper...

NicolesMemories My kittie likes to help me work on things lol She even often tries to steal some of my supplies! I caught her with an embellishment sheet the other day. She kinda tore it up....I was going to throw it out until my hubby said to save it and make a scrapbook page of pics I take of her on my desk and then use the pieces she stole to decorate it. he is quite crafty haha

Gavin was born in November 2007. Just a few hours after he came into this world we found out that he had Down syndrome.
He
has truly been a blessing on our lives. He has brought our family
closer together and has created a much stronger bond. We have watched
him grow and blossom over the past year and half and he has alre...ady
taught us so much in that short amount of time.
He loves to
laugh, play with his grandma, bite Auntie Jenny, hug Auntie Cole, stick
his tongue out at Auntie Missy, he is a momma's boy, basically he is a
ladies man. He has two big sisters, Sydney and Samantha who love him
dearly. He is the youngest of 11 grandchildren!!!! He sports a lil
mowhawk. He is working on learning how to walk! He is a White Sox fan,
just like his daddy.

NicolesMemories I have completed Heather's shower invites. I am going to start working on some cards to enter into a contest! I have to have them in the mail before the 12th!
