Radio 1's Nihal meets James Blunt
James Blunt came into Radio 1 and had a chat with Nihal on his weekend breakfast show. He also done a live 2008 ‘You’re Beautiful’ remix live on the show with the help of Nathan ‘Flutebox’ Lee.
Nihal Radio 1 Rest In Peace Mr Michael Jackson. Love the music, but some of the coverage has been nasty and some of the punditry bizarre ( I saw some doctor talking about heart attacks earlier), you can't ignore the man's controversial life but some respect would be nice. What a loss to music.

Nihal Radio 1 I'm sitting my Biology GCSE at Radio 1 of all places at 10.45am this morning an I am bricking it. The fear is beginning to creep in. I've read 20 pages of my revision guide and now I know that Low Density Lipoproteins need a good slap whereas High Density Lipoproteins are lovely things that need a nice slap up meal (low cholesterol). Wish me luck!

I kind of knew some of it but was gutted that a question came up that I had just skimmed through in the revision guide. Doh! I think I knew why an arctic fox was suited to it's environment.

Nihal Radio 1 R1BW! Swindon was incredible. Saw very little in the way of bands but Sumo wrestled Grimmy (an won!), talked about european elections with Aled, and DJ'd in a curry house with Vernon and Reggie. Intro'd Chase & Status onstage, it totally went off and saw Moyles battle Westwood.

Nihal Radio 1 Week 3 of filming a CBBC show called Clash which comes out in July on CBBC/BBC1. Today my team have to compose the music for a 58 sec clip from Dr Who. The guy who writes the music for Dr Who and Torchwood will be overseeing it. Scary!

Nihal Radio 1 Today was Sri Lankan New Year so a very happy new year to you! Today I went to a toy store and together with five amazing young people we remixed the Noisettes 'Don't Upset the Rhythm' using only the noises of the toys. The results will be on CBBC in July.

Gutted you're off! I listen to your show EVERY Sunday whilst I'm working. It gets me through a gruelling 6 hour shift on my own!! I don't have an independant adjudicator to back me up on doing an hours solid work though!!
