Bill Simmons We need to permanently retire Mikulski, Hoyer, Sarbanes, Ruppersberger and Cardin from my home state. 2090 was a wake up call that our state and federal legislatures are packed with individuals who think they were elected for life. 2009showed their disdain for the electorate exemplified by at the Town Hall meetings and... Tea Party reactions. In 2010 and 2012 we need to vote in every election we can local, state and federal, we now see how important a majority can be.
