It sure makes sense! If you head out to the western part of the state, Christmas trees cover the mountain sides like a giant-sized green, fuzzy blanket! They are absolutely everywhere - and absolutely beautiful! BTW - I believe the 2008 White House Christmas Tree came from Creston, NC.
