Billy, one of our readers, sent this to me and I thought it would be a fantastic appetizer for holiday parties! It's one of his mother's recipes from her work in menu development at a gorgeous southern facility. I am hoping that Billy will share more with us along the way. Enjoy!

Caviar & Artichoke Dip

1 marinated jar of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped fne)
4 hard boiled eggs (chopped fine)
4 green onions (chopped fine)
small jar of black caviar (found at most grocery stores).
Divide eggs, artichokes and green onions in separate bowls...get a small bowl and spray good with non-stick spray. layer in sprayed bowl this order...
1) 1/2 of eggs
2) 1/2 of artichokes
3) 1/2 of caviar
4) 1/2 of onions
5) layer of mayo
Repeat layers in same order with the other half and final layer of mayo......cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight......when ready to serve, loosen the edges with a butter knife and set bowl in warm water to loosen. invert bowl on top of a plate and remove......serve with ritz crackers.....
(NOTE) ingredients must be chopped fine and layered in the order stated above===>ENJOY
