Indian Head Resort's Profile Dining Room won the award for Best Overall Restaurant, as well as FIVE other awards, in Saturday (3/25) night's 2011 Best of Chefs Competition in Lincoln NH. Executive Chef Adam Parker and his team took home awards for:


Best Overall Restaurant- Most Votes


Best Entree- Grilled Filet Mignon and Wild Mushroom Ravioli with "Diablo" Sauce


Best Appetizer- Toasted Tomato Shrimp and Mozzarella Ciabatta Piadina


Best Sandwich- BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Avocado, Brie Cheese and Red Pepper Aioli


Best Dessert- Chocolate Molten Lava Cake


Best Booth/Stage- Wine Theme with Ice Sculpture by Chef Adam Parker


Indian Head Resort ‘s Profile Dining Room was also the winner of the 2010 Best of Chefs Best Overall Restaurant. Until next year, Indian Head is, once again, officially the best restaurant in the Lincoln-Woodstock area. Chef Adam Parker had this to say about his team’s second big win; “I’m truly gratified by these awards and for the outstanding turnout for this great fundraising event. This was a wonderful team effort and I want to thank and recognize all of the Indian Head Resort employees who volunteered their time and hard work. Without this great team these awards would not have been possible.”


The Best of Chefs competition is a yearly fundraiser for the Lincoln-Woodstock Community Childcare Center.
