Seafood Bisque

Shared by Kayla Hamil ‎

1 lb crawfish, shrimp, or crab

1 stick butter

1 pkg cream cheese

2 cans cream of potato soup

1 large container half & half

Salt/pepper to taste,

Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning to taste

I usually put mine in the crockpot on med for about 1 hr or until it becomes the consistency you like. Also, I use crawfish, shrimp, or crab that is already fully cooked, so the cooking time/temp would need to be adjusted if raw meat is used. The recipe also calls for one can of sweet corn, but I leave it out because hubby doesn't like corn. Hope someone enjoys the recipe! Sooo good and creamy! Can double recipe!
