Linda’s Green Bean Bundles

2 (15 oz) cans WHOLE green beans

Bacon strips cut in half


Vinaigrette Sauce:


3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 teaspoon grated or finely chopped onion


• Wrap 6 to 7 beans in half piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick.

• Repeat with remaining string beans.

• Put bean bundles on broiler pan and broil until bacon is done. (Flip to make sure bacon is cooked!!)

• To prepare Vinaigrette Sauce, combine all ingredients

• Bring to a boil

• Put bean bundles on serving dish/bowl and pour hot vinaigrette sauce over beans

• Serve hot!


My sons and husband love it.....I actually make 9-12 cans for Thanksiving. These are incredible, presentation is impressive and you can bundle the beans the day before and store in tupperware!! YUMMO!!!!
