2 Rhino PR Clients Scores TWO broadcast placements
Engineers and their scientific work don’t usually make primetime TV – but they do if they are Rhino PR clients!
Rhino PR recently scored broadcast placements for both Acentech and GEI Consultants, Inc. on WCVB’s (Channel 5) Chronicle program. Rhino PR successfully pitched the producer on their unique testing stories and facilitated the taping on location in their respective offices and in the field.
The February 1st episode entitled "This is Only a Test” pulls back the curtain on the secretive world of behind-the-scenes testing.
Roy Desrochers of GEI’s Sensory Practice demonstrated the firm’s sensory analysis capabilities with host Anthony Everett. He performed a real-time analysis of environmental odors, by sniffing the air near an industrial complex, as well revealed some of the finer skills that go into professional beer tasting. One of GEI's projects, the Wind Technology Testing Center owned by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, was included in a segment on testing for wind turbines.
Acentech's David Bateman tested the new sound system at Wellesley High School, while Gladys Unger tested the noise of a coffee grinder, a hair dryer, and an adult undergarment in Acentech’s product lab. Ben Markham explained Acentech’s auralization testing and acoustical design on site at the new Art of the Americas Wing at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
