I was left completely disappointed by Benicassim... it was my first and last time. I wrote to them as a four day pass holder to complain about the many dissapointments of the festival and all I got back a week later was an automatic response listing the refunds 2 day pass holders could benefit from.

Just to give a brief run down of the dissappointments of Beni:
Poor sound system - the vocals were barely audible during Oasis, the back speakers in the crowd didn't work and sound comepletely cut out during champagne supernova.

We were given very little assistance by event staff when evacuated from Benicamp on the night of the storm.

Further acts, including Lilly Allen, cancelled after the storm, and the schedule was changed without much notice to festival goers leading to performances being missed.

I'll be sticking to Leeds and Glasto from now on. Complete waste on time and money. Sorry guys!

Think the organisers of FIB need to look after those who purchased the 4 days tickets especially those who travelled over from other countries especially to see Kings of Leon,
