The MOST AMAZING lunchfast recipe!
This is an AMAZING 'lunchfast'-- a meal to super nourish you throughout the day. I wanted to share it with you all! I've been eating it religiously now for the past few weeks.
--1 cup of frozen cherries for flavonoids, vitamins a & c
--1 cup of frozen blueberries for anti-oxidants
--1 chopped banana for that potassium
--1/4 cup Will n' Rose's flaxseed freshly ground by coffee grinder for omega 3 and lignans as well as a some minerals
--1/4 cup of ground cacoa nibs (the leading food source of magnesium, with 10 times more antioxidants than blueberries and 20 times more than red wine!)
--1/4 cup of chia seeds
--a handful of Will n' Rose's crunchy Digest Easy Walnuts for healthy essential fats, vitamins, & minerals
--2 tablespoons of bee pollen (would you believe that this food is one of the most nutritionally complete natural substances found on earth?)
After stirring all ingredients together, you may want to let the frozen berries melt and release some liquid so ground foods are not so dry. You may want to add your favorite yogurt which would also add some calcium and probiotics to the boon.
