Lyric Stage presents the original 1927 SHOW BOAT in concert with full orchestra January 28, 29, 30 and 31 2010 in the Irving Arts Center's Carpenter Performance Hall. Lyric Stage's production will feature material that has never before been heard or performed. Rehearsals begin January 11, 2010.
Seeking excellent classic musical theater singers for principals and ensemble. Please prepare 2 contrasting 16 bar selections and feel free to sing from the score. Those with strong classical background and experienced choral singers are encouraged to attend.
