Michael Scott Connor was awarded the certificate in "Excellence in Environmental Health Sciences" May 15, 2009 for having a nearly perfect 4.0 GPA. Dr. Maureen Lichtveld, MD, MPH Freeport McMoRan Chair of Environmental Policy made the award. We were lucky that Michael and his wife Kiersten came to New Orleans for the graduation ceremony so could be here to receive the award.
