The affiliate challenge at CFSCC went down today and it was a was a blast! A big thanks to Annie and all the volunteers who put it together. The competition was fierce with several teams competing from five local gyms, and 831 held their own. Our advanced/pre-scribed team took second place in the first workout winning our heat. The masters (over 50) team racked up the most rounds in the second workout and took home second place for the entire event! There were a lot of great moments from the day, one of the best was when our intermediate team finished the first workout linked at the arms. I don’t know who’s idea it was but that was really cool.
