Imageworks provides a reservoir of talented artists, supervisors and designers who will share their knowledge with academia. It also maintains the capacity to offer fellowships, guest lectures, and course content advisement. IPAX member faculty who take part in the fellowship program will benefit from a raised technical awareness of high end production operations and exposure to extraordinary technical advancements which develop rapidly and are constantly changing to accommodate production requirements. Students, in turn, will benefit from a faculty that has had real world exposure to the latest in cutting edge technology and experience with a real time production environment.

Faculty Fellowships

Arrangements can be made for IPAX faculty to attend in-house training programs and experience a real production environment, returning valuable knowledge and skills back to the classroom. Faculty opportunities include:

• Bi-yearly, four week fellowships
• Summer-in-residence

To be eligible faculty applying for fellowships need to be currently teaching at an accredited school, designing curriculum for an approved program and need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US, a letter of intent and a demo reel of their student work.

Faculty members must provide their own housing and transportation while attending the fellowship program at Imageworks.

Opportunities for Member Schools

Presentation opportunities are available depending on our production schedules, providing artists, animators, technicians and alumni to visit your school or host a small group tour at Imageworks. These opportunities include:

• Guest Lecturers and Speakers at your school (School must provide travel expenses to and from the school)
• Guided Faculty Tours by appointment contingent upon facility schedule
• Our staff can also serve as adjunct faculty or advisors to students and faculty

Scholarships and Grants

IPAX schools will have a chance to apply for awards based on academic and aesthetic achievement which include:
