The Century House: Join Us Friday Night for Gallery Night!
Join Us Friday Night for Gallery Night!
Twice yearly, Gallery Night offers a unique opportunity to meet artists where they make and exhibit their work. Join us on Friday, October 2, 2009 from 5-9 pm and meet the artists Terri Lindelow and Bjorn Sjogren. Appetizers and wine will be provided, so come hungry!
We are excited to promote local artists and give them an opportunity to showcase their great talent! Here are some brief bios of our artists:
Following twenty-two years in a corporate career, Terri Lindelow embraced her artistic talent and discovered that her true passion lies in jewelry making. Her studio and gallery is located in downtown Lake Geneva, which provides a stimulating and changing environment for her to become inspired.
Her inspiration emerges from all aspects of her life and surrounding environment. Oftentimes she finds examining daily situations and the world around her and interprets them artistically in her jewelry.
Terri passionately supports several charities and feels fortunate to be able to contribute to these worthy causes through the success of her work.
10% of all proceeds are donated to the following charities:
* Lakeland Animal Welfare Society
* Philadelphia Chapter of the American Cancer Society
Our second artist, Bjorn Sjogren moved to Wisconsin in 2001. A self- taught artist, Bjorn creates paintings in gouache, acrylics and oils. He draws inspiration from his experiences living in both Scandinavia and Wisconsin. Come in and check out his colorful and creative work!
