hello, i have spms dx'ed 2003/4, last 12 months in a wheel chair.
i have just started the paleo [cave man] diet about 70% e.g had a pizza last night [not quite cave man] ive improved in well being also a skin infection has almost gone, my sciatic pain has eased, i have stopped the pain killers, but my food bill has increased, only becaue i buy grass fed, naturally reared meats, no chemicles. the farms never had a case of Mad Cow.
research make up your own mind, its very interesting, this is a diet for life, i am taking other steps such as colon cleanse [herball] and hope to receive oygen treatment, if i can get transport.
