im thinking about joining jenny graig. in 1990 I loss 88
with Tops take off pounds sensibly & I became their Tops 1990 wash.state queen . & I had something bad happen to me one day when I was weighing in& i quit going to my tops meetings &now my weight is the highest it ever been 225
im thinking about checking jenny graig out. but im not sure yet. this time I need to learn how to keep my wt.off for good.

i love jenny alot started about year and half ago and lost 73 pounds and was doing great but now i suck at it please help me i got to get 40 more pounds off and i cant do it!!!!!

Y'all CAN Do IT!! Do give up! I hit my goal today, and haven't been at this weight in 20 years. I had plateaus too. Read Valerie's book "Losing It", it really motivated me!!

I have been with JC for four years. I know there are times you will stall, not necessarily a plateau. I would get several weeks into it then start selecting my own items off the list and my loss would slow. I simply would go back to the pre-planned menus for a couple weeks. I still think they are better balanced than when you select for yourself. Just an observation and could be wrong. I lost from 216 to 165 and still cycle around 15 lbs over the holidays then it comes off in Spring.
