Back in The X Factor house Rikki and Joe made some super pesto twirls - Rikki's green pesto version was really tasty so we've shared his recipe below! Watch more of the finalists and the Try Team in action on the ITV X Factor website.

You will need:
Green pesto, tomato ketchup, grated Parmesan cheese and pre-rolled puff pastry

1. First Rikki spread out 1 pack of Sainsbury's pre-rolled puff pastry (this is in a rectangle shape).

2. Then he topped his pastry with green pesto, tomato ketchup and Parmesan cheese.

3. Next step was to roll the pastry up in to a sausage shape and carefully cut into slices (pin wheels). The wheels were then put flat on a baking tray and put into the oven and baked for 10-15 minutes until golden.

Why not try…
Joe's variation, which was using red pesto and sun dried tomato paste instead of green pesto and ketchup.
