The Witch-Doctor and the House of Cats and Gulls

Down at the end of the river docks, close to the River Gate, lies the infamous House of Cats and Gulls. It is said that a witch-doctor from across the seas lives there; that amongst his many talents, he can speakwith the dead. The streets outside reek of the dead fish left scattered there as payment for any kind of services he provides.
