I have great news about the status of our Terms of Use. We took your concerns to heart, and after a lot of deliberation have constructed a more transparent document.

As promised, here is a summary of key points about “ownership rights” in Community Submissions:


· You are responsible for all Submissions to the Community Website.

· You represent that you own or have the legal right to post your Submissions.

· You retain ownership of your Submissions and grant Indigo a license to use your Submissions for Permitted Purposes only.

· You waive any moral rights you may have in your Submissions for Permitted Purposes only.

Permitted Purposes are:

· Facilitating the display of Submissions on the Community Website

· Displaying the Submissions on the Community Website

· Marketing or promotion of the Community Website, Indigo or other works that appear on the Community Website
