General Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules for MPT Facebook giveaways--PLEASE READ
1. These Competition Rules apply to promotions that will be taking place on MPT’s Facebook Fan Page.
2. How to Enter: MPT will post a message to MPT’s Fan Page on Facebook stating that the first specified number of people to comment directly to the message will receive a prize. The number of people eligible to win the prize is subject to change with each posting.
3. Winners of our giveaways must wait 90 days before they can enter to win another prize giveaway.
4. Entries/comments must be posted directly on the giveaway posting.
5. All fan entries must have an active Facebook profile that can receive direct Inbox messages. Direct Inbox messages are used to receive private information from contestants, i.e. mailing address.
6. Employees of MPT and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, or adoption.
7. MPT reserves the right to discontinue a promotion at any stage of the promotion.
8. No purchase is necessary to win.
9. Allow two weeks for the delivery of prizes.
10. By participating in this promotion, you agree to hold MPT and its employees harmless and you further agree that MPT and its employees will not be liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury as a result of the promotion or prizes.
