Phoenix Rescue Mission: Holiday Wish List

Holiday Wish List
Here's how you can help Phoenix Rescue Mission for the holidays:

Adopt-A-Family - You can give the gift of HOPE this holiday season. The Phoenix Rescue Mission's Adopt-A-Family program provides Christmas presents to 600 needy families. Let us know what size family you would like to sponsor and we will match you. Estimated cost $50 per child, plus a food box.

Fill-A-Box, Feed-A-Family - This family-to-family project is a great way to teach children the joy of giving. Phoenix Rescue Mission provides boxes and shopping lists to help families work together to feed the hungry. Estimated cost $25 per box.

Community Food Drive - Phoenix Rescue Mission will provide your organization with everything you need to collect food for the hungry this Thanksgiving. From posters and boxes to donation lists, we CAN help you replace hunger with hope. One white collection box provides 180 meals to our families

Hope Tote Toiletry Packs - Assemble travel-sized toiletries, including: shampoo, lotion, lip balm, deodorant, toothbrush, tooth paste, disposable razor, bar soap or body wash and personalized greeting card or Christian literature (tract) in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. These packs will be given out to homeless living on the streets by our Hope Coach.

Warm for the Winter Drive - Collect new/slightly used blankets or sleeping bags, jackets, hooded sweatshirts, sweat pants, new knit caps, new gloves, new socks and scarves. These items will be used at a homeless outreach on December 11 and distributed by our Hope Coach Drivers throughout the winter.

Toys for Tykes to Teens - Hold a toy drive and collect new toys for the children who come to the Mission for a Christmas Eve meal. Last year the Mission served 300 children and gave each a small toy valued at $15 or under. If you don't have time to shop, give a gift card and the Phoenix Rescue Mission Outreach Team will shop for you.
