How about INSTEAD of instructing people to a website with NO INFORMATION on the extension & to call morons that also have NO INFORMATION, have someone put some updates on the ESC website & the Governor's multitude of sites then maybe ESC could have more time to get this done & sooner instead of answering tens of thousands of phone calls that they really have no answer to. Giving them more busy work is most likely more than most of their little minds can handle.

Nice, I see the update on ESC now, however, 4-6 weeks is not acceptable. People are losing their homes, cars, utilities. We would rather have jobs but since there aren't any at least we could implement this extension with some speed!? Other states have ESC working through the night & on weekends to get this done. I am really embarrassed by N.C. right now. Get it together!
