Vatican releases Apostolic Constitution to welcome former Anglicans

The text of an Apostolic Constitution, that outlines provisions to accept groups of former Anglicans who wish to enter into full communion with the Roman Catholic Church, was released Nov. 9 by the Vatican.

God Bless the PB! She's an admirable woman who has demonstrated her willingness to walk the middle line not that the conservatives noticed. For them it was always "my way or the highway" frankly they deserve the bishop of Rome. As was stated here the only thing we're loosing is the fanatics. When was the last time Benedict walked the middle line?

I think that the PB should issue an invitation to all of the Roman Catholic nuns and sisters who feel left out of their denomination's current vision of their role in the life and work of the church. I think quite a few might "swim the Thames" and join up with the Episcopal Church.
