9:30 – 11:30 AM – visit Congressional offices to give them information about closing the School of the Americas
Join us for as much time as you can!
Women religious have been the most dedicated advocates for closing the School of the Americas, the U.S. Army training center for Latin American militaries. SOA graduates have been among some of the worst human rights violators in Latin America. Sisters would never teach at this school, and we call on Congress to close it down.
