SummerGlen has completed the final building in its three-phase recreational center–The SummerGlen Grand Hall. The Grand Hall opened on October 3 with a special performance by the Legends of Doo Wop, for which every SummerGlen homeowner received complimentary tickets as a gift from Florida Leisure Communities.

The Grand Hall includes approximately 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that is suitable for performances and entertainment, large dinners and dances, movie nights, bingo, and a wide variety of other different activities and events. The main hall includes a stage with automatic screen, a digital projection system, theater-style lighting and a specialized sound system.

The Grand Hall also includes a conference room for smaller meetings, a catering kitchen and offices for the SummerGlen Homeowners’ Association.

In addition to the Grand Hall, SummerGlen also offers its homeowners the SummerGlen Residents’ Club with a health-club quality fitness center, beach-entry pool and relaxing spa. Plus residents can enjoy the SummerGlen Golf Club with its pro-shop and full-service restaurant and bar.
