For those of you who haven't been able to come to one of the shows, here are two songs from Montreal (thanks to emmjie for the fantastic videos!):

The Vicodin Song:

Up Here:

The most amazing moment of the tour so far, in my opinion, was last night in NYC when everyone sang along with me...the NYC audience was so enthusiastic and knew every word to 'Up Here.' That was my first time hearing a room full of people sing my song to me - loudly and IN TUNE, even! I was really amazed. Kind of shocked.

There have been so many incredible moments for me on this tour.
It's overwhelming, in the very best of ways.

Today I took care of a bunch of things that needed to be taken care of. Bought more opaque black stockings, a travel guide to India (time to start getting ready for my India and Italy tours!!!), thought about getting my hair cut but decided to wait til I can see my awesome stylist in LA even if it means that my hair will look like a rat's nest by the time I finally see her, had coffee with my lovely friend Jay Brannan and he helped me pick out an India travel guide...

Tonight I will lie in bed and read my travel books. Watch TV. Maybe venture out at some point for a piece of pizza. I know - I'm in NYC - I should do something exciting and fun - but it will be a while before I'm able to relax again, so I need to take advantage of the downtime.

Tomorrow we're at The Black Box Theater in Indian Head, Maryland, then Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, Tampa, and then we begin the drive back to LA.
I'm not playing in KY, but will be stopping in Louisville to watch my new friends, Harper Simon + band (these guys are some of the best musicians I've heard in a long time!), at Headliners Music Hall.

I met these guys at my show in Albany and sang a couple of songs with them, and I might just do it again in Louisville. Not sure. But I'll be there, nonetheless, and look forward to meeting anyone who feels like coming to the show to hear some amazing music. You won't regret it!

Thank you again to everyone who has supported this tour. It has been a magical experience that would not have been possible without you.

Love
Terra
