New HOMEMADESOUL album will be released Spring 2010
After taking a year off from performing and recording, HOMEMADESOUL is working on his next soul music project.
November 14, 2009-Curtis Clark is back in the studio, composing, producing, writing, and recording new tracks for his new project titled, “Inspired by a True Story”. He is better known as Homemadesoul, a smooth, soul singer from Philadelphia.
Homemadesoul released his debut album in 2006 titled Homemadesoul Vol. 1 which received exciting reviews from fans and critiques. The project received worldwide distribution through CDBABY, and sold over 1,000 downloads and direct sales without any marketing or promotion. He continued the homemade movement with an LP release of five songs titled “Homemadesoul Vol. 2: LOVE”. After the second release, Homemadesoul moved to Okinawa, Japan, and performed for big summer festivals, and opened for major artist such as Ashanti, Eve 6, and The Ying Yang Twins.
