Joe was extremely helpful in providing the car I wanted, in a short period of time within the price range I was looking for. My only disappointment in the whole process was that I couldn't have my first choice exterior color, but the service I received made up for it. Joe was very honest and straight to the point, which I greatly appreciated. An opportunity I see for the dealership is to be more proficient in working with the lease paperwork, as I had to come back in a few days after signing for the car to sign again because some of the paperwork was filled out incorrectly. The reason I was given was that they were not used to doing Leasing paperwork. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
