If I own a Team can I decide what my traders can do?
Yes. As the owner of the team you can:
a) Hire and Fire
b) Set salaries - which can be different for each of your traders
c) Limit Access - you can prevent your traders using the bank, transfer money or even which vehicles they can trade (Restrict them to Equities and Currency say)
d) Rate them - if they do well you can increase their star rating which goes on their CV...likewise if they are rubbish drop their rating ...then sack them
