If you are an artist or company who would like to tour to five or more festivals on the North American Fringe Circuit next summer, you can apply to the CAFF Touring Lottery. The applications are now available to download here, and the deadline to apply to the lottery is Wednesday, October 28, 2009. The Lottery will be held in London, ON on Thursday, October 29.
