Ok I am tired so I am thinking a lot about sleeping so I decided to write a notew about it! Yeah!

I totally get that! the more tierd i am, the more i think about sleep, but the more i try to get to sleep, the more time it takes to get to sleep, untill hours go past and i hit the overtierd stage, and then i think about sleep even more, and its just a vicous circle! eventually i do get to sleep, and then i tend to have really vivid dreams! this doesnt happen all the time by the way, just spurts of it every now n again! so there you go, heres my ikkle slleepy note! byyyeeee
