Planning for the 2010 BuzzFree Prom Dress Giveaway is in full swing beginning with a fashion show to be held this Friday, November 6 at Sunset High School in Dallas. The show will include guest speakers to discuss the laws and consequences of underage drinking, drinking and driving and drug use followed by a fashion show debuting this year's latest prom trends.

The 9th Annual BuzzFree PROMises Dress Giveaway awards donated prom dresses to young women who pledge to stay alcohol and drug free on prom night and beyond. The event reinforces healthy behavior while allowing the girls the opportunity to have a memorable and safe prom experience that otherwise may not be possible.

Participating school districts include Dallas, Mesquite, Irving, Corsicana, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Quinlan, Red Oak and DeSoto.
