Douglas County Republicans: Caucus Planning Meeting Wed, Nov. 11th
Caucus Planning Meeting Wed, Nov. 11th
There will be a Caucus Planning meeting on Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 at 7:00pm at the Lone Tree Library at 8827 Lone Tree Parkway in Lone Tree.
This is a planning meeting, not a training meeting--caucus training will occur in January or February.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for everyone to share their observations and concerns about past caucuses and to discuss ideas on how the caucus process can be improved in 2010. Feedback and ideas discussed at the meeting will be considered as the caucus procedures are developed over the next couple of months. DCGOP district captains and precinct committee people are encouraged to attend, but any Republican with input or interest is welcome.
RSVP is required so that the right number of copies of materials can be prepared. Please RSVP to DCGOP Secretary Craig Steiner at craig@craigsteiner.us.
NOTE: If you RSVP'd for the previous meeting that was canceled due to the snowstorm and are planning to attend this rescheduled meeting, please RSVP again.
