RTC NEWS: Registered Nurse Application Process
Completed Registered Nurse application packets for Spring Quarter 2009 will be accepted on January 21, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in the Roberts Campus Center (Building I), in the cafeteria.
The first forty (40) packets will be accepted for review.
The first eighteen (18) students who have submitted complete packets will be asked to register. There will be five alternative students selected, should an opening occur prior to Spring Quarter.
One-third of the first quarter's tuition is due at the time of registration, which applies toward the student's spring tuition.
All physicals must be within the prior three months of the packet's submittal.
LPN license and CPR/First Aid Card (Health Provider of Professional Rescuer) have to be current.
All documentation must be completed on Renton Technical College's forms. Packets may be picked up at the Roberts Campus Center (Building I), at the Registration front counter.
Students are required to provide original documents for faculty review. All documents must be dated and signed. Originals will be returned to the student.
To be considered, the RN packet has to be complete to enter the RN program. NO EXCEPTIONS. RN packets that are not complete will be returned to the student.
