Some tips to stay cool include:

1. Do strenous work and play early and late in the day to avoid the hottest time.

2. wear light colored, loosely fitting clothes.

3. take frequent water breaks

4. Seek shade and AC especially during the intense heat of day (11A til 5 P)

5. load the kids up with sunblock for their jaunt to the pool more...Avoid the SUN during peak times.
