Hey Datakiddies,
So yes, we're back, revving up and looking forward to an explosive 2009. On the 1st of December we released our rather epic iTunes 'best of' collection "Robots Ninjas Pornstars Warefare', which covers everything we've done so far, and kinda archives it and draws a line under it. If you did miss the first decade of our adventures it's a great way to catch up.
Jan 2009 we see us first of all making sure everybody in the universe is aware we're back, then starting to get some gigs booked. We already have 2 awesome ones confirmed, with many more in the pipeline.
Music-wise, we have a load of great material that's in that exciting stage where it's slowly starting to cross pollinate into an album with a real identity of it's own. The working ( and probably final ) title is 'Santa Muerte', and it's gonna be a dark and heavy mix of chunky electro-industrial beats, murder ballads and deviously twisted electroclash melodrama. We're really REALLY excited about it.
A lot of you have been asking if we're coming back to America, and the answer is "hell yeah, we'd love to!". At the moment though, after our years away from doing Goteki, we have to first guarantee people know what we're up to. All you have to do to help is play our stuff to everyone you know and help spread the word.
So yes, we look forward to seeing you guys on the road, and stay tuned for loads of exciting Goteki news over the next few months.
