Countdown the Days to Summer Contest Rules

Chegg.com will provide a chance to win ten flying discs, ten t-shirts, ten cinch sacks, ten koozies, ten bottle openers, three $50 iTunes Gift Card and one iPod Touch for customers that Like Chegg and post a message on Chegg’s Facebook wall http://www.facebook.com/chegg?v=wall during the period of 12 a.m. June 14th, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. June 20th, 2010.

Must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Employees and contractors of Chegg, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Chegg will select up to 10 random winners each day from posts made to Chegg’s Facebook wall each 24 hour period beginning 12 a.m. June 14th, 2010 and ending 11:59 p.m. June 19, 2010. Chegg will select 1 random winner from posts made to Chegg’s Facebook wall in the 24 hour period beginning 12 a.m. June 20th, 2010 and ending 11:59 p.m. June 20, 2010. Posts can also be sent to the alias angela@chegg.com with the title “Summer Countdown”. Entries must be sent or posted by 11:59 p.m. PST to be considered for that period’s prize. Non-winning fans received by Chegg will not be carried over into subsequent drawings. Winners will be announced via Twitter, www.twitter.com/chegg, and Facebook, www.facebook.com/chegg. Information regarding the details of the prize and how and when it will be awarded will be provided to the winner at his or her designated email address or will be provided via a Facebook message. Any return of prize notification email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Chegg may in its sole discretion award the prize to an alternate winner selected by Chegg. Winners assume liability for all taxes on prizes.

If for any reason, the promotion cannot be administered as planned for reasons which, in the sole opinion of Chegg, may corrupt or affect the administration, security or integrity of the promotion, Chegg reserves the right to modify or end this promotion without notice. Chegg is not responsible for any inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized acts of third parties or other events beyond its control that may occur in connection with this promotion, the processing of orders or entries or the selection or notification of winners.
