When an army goes into an active zone keeping soldiers fed is a TOP priority. It might not always be gourmet but it HAS to be there for the troops.
So are you prepared for your next activity?
I am always banging on about how health plans or routines need to be easy and quick to follow because from experience I know that otherwise they get lost after a week.
So here's one: When you cook an evening meal - make an extra portion - let it cool down, put it in some tuppaware and keep it in the fridge. Voila! Your next days lunch is ready.
When you eat it the next day - you will I am sure feel a sense of pride, even a warm smugness as you see others tucking into a tasteless sandwich on some "Meal Deal" from an express supermarket which they have to rush out to get. And ask yourself how much would you pay everyday if you were to BUY that beautiful meal from a food outlet?
