Elections are to be held at our next General Membership meeting on
Tuesday, May 12, at 8:00 p.m. at Cincinnati State (our last one there).
We need as many members to attend so we have a quorum (20%). The following list of officers have been presented by Beth Smith as Nominating Committee Chair, but nominations may be proposed from the floor at the meeting. Vote will be taken by secret ballot and each office shall be voted on separately. Terms of office are for one year beginning at the June meeting/picnic on June 12 at Sharon Woods.
President- Mike Hughes
Vice Pres.- Trisha Adams
Secretary - Annette Sizemore
Treasurer- Dee Dunn
Group Activities - Michael Schlotterbeck
Member at Large- Beth Smith & Dean McKenzie
Sue Koetz from the Sharonville Fine Arts Center will be at this meeting to discuss details about the SFAC's progress and answer any questions members may have about it being our new home. Nancy will present existing concerns and then the floor will be opened up for questions. Please be sure to attend to keep up to date with TCP's status as your community theater.
