Blog number five: 16/11/08 ((John))
Hello.
It's 13 days until Stony Stratford flicks a switch and all the lights go on (Xmas lights, the normal ones are/will be active throughout the coming weeks). Normally, this would be a moment of joy and splendour fo all locals, however this year me and Arun are playing so the amount of joy and splendour could well result in emotional climax.
The 'event' has been sent out on facebook and people have been 'invited' but that doesn't mean I can't fill up this blog by harping on about it. We'll by busking outside the Cemetery Gates at about half 2 and then we'll be crossing the road to everyone's favourite watering-hole The Vaults where we'll be doing a solid hour of Hidden Image stuff between 3 and 4. Yet again it costs you nothing, the drink and company is cheap and we can all get of our faces on booze afterwards.
It will be exciting.
