Most restrictions are off. But I hope that there was enough of a scare to get people to realize that they need to respect the neighborhoods and the people that live there. I know that one thing they are going to enforce is "no glass", and I hope they do, because if you're stupid enough to bring bottles, then you're probably stupid enough to break them in the street and you deserve to get busted.

But hey, more porta potties this year! Yay! Please don't piss on peoples lawns.

It's logic for people that "think". Don't bring glass.

Maybe that was a bit harsh. Sorry. Look, glass poses a huge safety issue every year. 65,000 walkers and glass shattered everywhere, see the problem? Then the residents of the neighborhoods have to deal with broken glass afterwards, which is harder to clean up than everything else. Such a simple request and so easy to cooperate. Just don't bring it. Anyone who loves this event should try to make the easy adjustments that help keep it alive.
