It's hard to believe that before we know it the snow will be gone and Camp will be here. Alice is busily getting the registration packets together, and our thoughts are again turning to our annual challenge to fund this important program.
So many folks have let us know that they wish they could do more to support the camp that has made such a difference in the lives of their children as they grow. They know, like you probably do, that even though Camp is free for its families, it costs nearly $100,000. That's almost $500 per child or teen that attends.
It’s a daunting total to have to raise this year, but we know how important Camp ForMe is for the children, teens, and families it serves.
We know that we’re all in this together, and that’s why we’d like to ask for your help. Will you join in to help ensure Camp’s future by doing any or all of the following?
· Tell five people about Camp ForMe and Vermont Children’s Aid Society. No one can tell the story of the agency’s work with families better than those who have been helped by it!
· Make a gift of whatever size you’re able. Whether you can give $5, or $50, or $5,000 you will really make a difference.
· Consider a family, class, church or other challenge to sponsor one or more Campers. We can help you get started by providing a sample email, links to our website, and anything else that might help.
· Let us know any other ideas you have!
Every Camp family is different. Some can make large gifts in support of the program, and we know some cannot. But everyone can help in some way. Whatever you can do will help Camp keep supporting and strengthening the children who use it. Thank you!

Vermont Children's Aid Society provides child-centered, family-focused services to help families support the children in their care.
