My sister recently got married. To her horror, her videographer was a no show. No call, no text, no write, no apology no nothing.

He did have a Facebook account which he actively used....well he did have a Facebook account he actively used.

As a result of the note below, he actually shut his Facebook account.

He did not even try to make ammends, the mark of at least someone I would consider doing business with. He remained silent and ran. This is not someone I would consider doing business with.

The lesson:
Use Facebook to build your business, but remember in Social Media as we call it, you can run, but you can't hide. And if you do something wrong, make it right, or you'll ruin your reputation with the entire community.
