Once you learn how to make reservations, scheduling your CrossFit and boot camp classes is pretty simple. There are, however, a few things to keep in mind.

To be able to climb ropes during a WOD, the following criteria must be met:
- Cleared to climb by one of the following instructors: Mike, Patrick, Jon, Brittany, Kyle, Rachel
