Buyer may return unused item(s) purchased at Gifts From Heaven within 7 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No return(s) will be accepted after 7 days.

We will credit back to buyer the original payment within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s).

The following items cannot be returned:

- Item(s) marked with "Defective";

- Item(s) with tag / original packing removed by buyer;

- Item(s) used / washed by buyer

West Malaysia: If you purchase more than RM100, delivery cost / postage will be free of charge (using Pos Malaysia Normal Parcel sending)

East Malaysia: If you purchase more than RM150, delivery cost / postage will be free of charge.

Combination of postage is acceptable, postage charges are according to courier & Pos Malaysia counter rates. We have no intention to gain profit on shipping fees quoted to our customers.

There are circumtances that we charge slightly higher or lower than what is shown in the parcel consignment note due to minor discrepancies on weight/size measurement. We do not refund or re-collect whatsoever excess or shortfall on postage paid.

1. For West Malaysia (WM), purchase below RM30, we send the item(s) via Pos Malaysia Normal Parcel / Registered Mail (unless requested by buyer to send via courier service / poslaju - refer to no. 2). Buyer will be able to receive the item(s) within 3-5 working days:

2. For WM, purchase above RM50, we send the item(s) via Gdex:

3. For East Malaysia, we send item(s) via Poslaju unless special request by buyer. Buyer should be able to receive the item(s) within 1-3 working days (for areas covered by next day delivery pls check http://www.pos.com.my ).

2. Receive email / manual invoice from us on the following issues (if any):
- shipping rate changes / shipping method (by request)

- payment method / information

- additional orders from you (to combine shipping)

- stock info (stock not available)

- other changes

3. Confirmation of order inform by buyer by email/sms. Items will only be reserved based on the confirmation of order.

4. Email / sms to notify us after payment is made by buyer. If no payment is received within 2 working days (unless specific payment date agreed by buyer & seller) after the confirmation of order, items will be released to next buyer.

5. Receive an update info from us on the following:

- payment has been received by us

- processing your order(s)

- item(s) delivered with courier /parcel tracking number given
