Come and have a blast of country lushness and fun!

Bill and I have decided to team up (with the ever faithful musical backing and acompaniment of Karen Chalk) for a series of House Concerts, in living rooms, gardens and other similar intimate venues across the UK over the summer months. These will be an evenings double bill of Rachel Taylor-Beales and Sir Silence and The Hush, with our visuals projected behind us. Due to the nature of the venues being homebased we will release address of location via personal email when purchasing tickets, so do get in touch if you want to come along to any of the following dates and email info@racheltaylor-beales.com for more info.
I am planning a similar House Concert solo tour later in the autumn so do drop me a line also if you think you would be interested in hosting one in the future.

This month my song Liberty is being featured as part of the new Showcase Session album by the Fatea site. The album includes tracks from 16 other very talented artists (some of whom I've met in various locations around the country when performing)
Here's the link to check it out http://www.fatea-showcase-sessions.co.uk/

also have posted a new you tube video of Feathers and Flowers song performed at Bournemouth Folk Club earlier this year in the section below here...
Really looking forward to the next 3 gigs- all very different- great venues and nights. This Sunday the 30th November I will be performing at Bournemouth Folk Club opening for the talented Bob Burke (returning there as a headline act Jan 15th Next year)- Then on Thursday December 4th The Otterton Mill in Exeter for a full evening (hoping to be able to project my visuals also for this one) Sunday the 7th I am performing as part of the Retort (a quirky and quality evening of cabaret style variety- Karen and I had a great time when we performed there last)-
I also been to some fantastic gigs in the last few weeks-The very Amazing Ani Difranco a few weeks ago who never fails to impress! Sigur Ros last Friday was incredible- such beautiful and innovative sounds with brilliant art to back it up- somehow they performed behind a sheet of falling water while projecting images onto it... and then completely different but very fun- The Mighty Boosh on last Tuesday...
